Africa Education Watch, an NGO, is calling on relevant authorities to suspend the reopening of schools.
This is because preparations are not at par with the level to ensure the safety of students.
Programme Officer at Africa Education Watch, Kwasi Nimo told Nathaniel Nartey that some schools are yet to receive the PPE promised by government, hence the need to suspend reopening.
Mr. Nimo was however of the view that the “My First Day at School” initiative is commendable.
