The West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC), has appointed Pateh Bah, from the Gambia as its new Chief Executive Officer/Registrar, for a five-year tenure from October 2019 to September 2024.
Until his appointment, Mr Bah was Head of the Gambia National Office, a position he occupied since October 2012.
A statement issued by the Director of Public Affairs of WAEC headquarters, Abiodun Aduloju, said Mr Bah becomes the 13th Registrar of the Council.
