A 40-year old man, Kwabena Tweneboah Koduah is reported to have been brutalized to death at Konkori in Kumasi by some police officers enforcing the partial lockdown.
According to reports, the Police officers beat the deceased with the barrels of their guns and kicked him on the ground till he started bleeding profusely.
They are said to have accused him of standing in front of his house at a time that he was expected to be sleeping.
