Government has officially named the Moree Senior High Techinal School after the late former Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur.
This was the request of the Chiefs and family after the demise of the late Vice President who hails from the town.
The naming was done at a ceremony where the mother, wife and some family members of the late former Vice President as well as chiefs and government officials were present.
It was part of activities to commemorate one year of the passing of the former Vice President.
The DCE for Abura Asebu Kwamankese, Aba Hagan, urged the students to study hard to uplift the status of the school.
