Director of Communications of the Liberal Party of Ghana, LPG Samuel Owusu Afriyie called for the Standing Orders of Parliament to be amended to reflect the current nature of the House.

”The whole situation has come up due to certain limitations or lapses within the Standing Orders of Parliament. When they were drafting the Standing Orders, Parliament did not envisage a time where they would have such numbers in Parliament,” according to Director of Communications of the Liberal Party of Ghana, LPG Samuel Owusu Afriyie.
