The Electoral Commission (EC) has extended its public education to members of the Ghana Federation of Disability Organizations to ensure that no one is excluded from the registration process.

The Head of Gender, youth and Disability of the Electoral Services Department of the EC, Abigail Nutakor told GBC’s Augustus Acquaye that the EC’s engagement with Persons With Disability will be throughout the month-long process.

In this national exercise, we need to engage all our stakeholders. Persons With Disabilities are one of our key stakeholders; therefore, the Commission found it very prudent for us to engage with them, seek information from them and also give them details about what the registration process is going to be like.
