Parliamentary Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Francis Xavier Kojo Sosu, has won the Madina Constituency seat.
He polled 62,127 of the valid ballots cast to defeat the incumbent, Mr. Abubakar Saddique Boniface, Former Minister of Inner Cities and Zongo Development and also Minister of State, who had 46,985 votes.
Mr. Prince Joseph Oppong-Boadi of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) had 692 votes.
