Former President John Mahama has filed his witness statement in the 2020 election petition hearing at the Supreme Court.
In it, National Democratic Congress (NDC) General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Legon, Dr. Kpessa Whyte have been named as witnesses.
Dr. Whyte will testify in his capacity as one of the NDC agents in the strong room at the EC headquarters in Accra, during last year’s (2020) elections.
