The Ashanti Regional Police Command says it has put in place comprehensive security measures to ensure an incident free National Delegates Conference of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
As a result, police personnel from other parts of the region and beyond have been assembled for the conference.
Speaking on ‘BEHIND THE NEWS’, Public Relations Officer of the Command, ASP Godwin Ahianyo, said, ”anybody who will attempt to break the law will be swiftly dealt with as the police deployed have been told to be resolute to ensure law and order”.
