The Member of Parliament (MP) for Krachi West, Helen Adjoa Ntoso, has expressed dissatisfaction at the preference of Dambai as the regional capital for the newly created Oti region over Krachi.
She is of the view that Krachi deserved to have been named the regional capital because the residents were part of those who initiated the petition for a new region years ago.
She said the inhabitants of Krachi are not happy with the government’s decision and hinted that they might petition government.
