Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga has announced that Parliament is expected to adjourn sine die on Friday, December 19, 2025.

‎Presenting the Business Statement for the ninth week ending December 19, Mr. Ayariga, who also serves as Chairman of the Business Committee, urged Committee Chairpersons to give urgent attention to all pending referrals and submit their reports quickly.‎

‎He commended the Speaker, the Deputy Speakers, and all Members of Parliament for their dedication and hard work throughout the meeting.

According to him, the Committee is hopeful that all scheduled business for the final week will be completed smoothly before the House rises.‎

‎During the week under review, eight ministers have been scheduled to appear before Parliament to answer 41 questions. They include the Ministers for Food and Agriculture; Public Sector Reforms; Roads and Highways; Government Communications; Labour, Jobs and Employment; Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs; Trade, Agribusiness and Industry; and Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.
