Parliament vets President’s ministerial nominees

The public hearing of the Appointments Committee to consider the President’s nominees of Ministers, Ministers of State, and Deputy Ministers designate commenced today, 20th February 2023, and is currently, underway in Parliament.
The first to appear before the Committee which is ongoing, is the Minister-designate for Trade and Industry in the person of K.T. Hammond.
It will be followed by Bryan Acheampong, Minister-designate for the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
The Committee will wrap up its work for today with the Minister-designate for the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Stephen Asamoah Boateng.
