Prosecution in charge of the case involving the Ten, (10), alleged coup plotters has again pleaded with the Kaneshie District Court for an adjournment.
ASP Sylvester Asare told the court that investigations is still on going that is why the bail of indictment has not been filed.
Counsels for the accused persons who were obviously disappointed, were not happy about the continuous adjournment of the case.
The court presided over by Mrs. Eleanor Botwe subsequently adjourned the case to the December 19, 2019.
