The Electoral Commission (EC) is expected to bring to a close today (October 22), the transfer of votes.

The three-day exercise was for students and personnel of the security forces to transfer their votes to their preferred constituencies.

At the Wa Municipal Office of the Electoral Commission, scores of people showed up for the exercise. While some were successful, others did not meet the requirements.

A student at the Wa Technical University, Ophelia Tabele who spoke to GBC’s Radio Ghana said she was unable to transfer her vote.

She said the EC’s message on the transfer of votes was misleading.
