Two adult women have been arrested by the Ghana Police Service after they were allegedly caught engaging in sexual activity at the Royal Triangle Guest House in Achimota, off the Accra–Nsawam Road.
The incident occurred on Thursday evening when members of the public raised alarm after noticing the pair inside the guest house.
Police officers from the Achimota Division responded to the report, proceeded to the scene, and took the two women into custody.
A police source confirmed that the suspects are currently assisting with investigations to determine the appropriate charges to be preferred against them.
One woman identified as Elizabeth Opoku and the other still unknown yet.
The Ghana Police Service has advised the public to remain calm and report suspected criminal activity to the nearest police station rather than taking the law into their own hands.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
