Over 2 million Ghanaians poor- Report

A SEND Ghana report has revealed that two point four million Ghanaians are extremely poor based on  2017 population projection.
The report indicates that segments of the population cannot afford GH¢2.70 a day.
Inequality is also considered as a major factor contributing to the increase in poverty in the three regions of the north.
These were stated at a Media multi-stakeholders roundtable on poverty in Accra.
