AFCON 2022: Black Stars Coach names Provisional Squad

Ahead of AFCON 2022, Black Stars Coach Milovan Rajevac has named a 30 man provisional squad for pre AFCON camping in Doha.

The squad was announced at the Ghana Football Association on Tuesday 21st December 2021.

This will be Coach Milovan’s second AFCON tournament with the Black Stars after losing to Cote d’Ivoire on penalties.

The team is said to open camp on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, in Doha where they have outlined three friendly matches before departing for Cameroon on 7th January 2022.

Black stars will start their AFCON campaign on Group C against Morocco, Comoros, and Gabon.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation has gained exclusive Free To Air right for the tournament.
