Heart of Lions Football Club has launched its new colours for the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season, unveiling a striking Royal Burgundy home kit and a bold Sky Blue away kit.
The launch, held at the club’s secretariat in Kpando, was attended by club officials, players, and supporters.
According to the club, the Royal Burgundy home kit symbolises uniqueness, distinction, and bravery, while the Sky Blue away kit represents the power of the lion, with strength, courage, and excellence.
The club’s Communications Director, Eric Eli Adzie, explained that the new colours form part of the club’s branding efforts aimed at projecting a more modern and dynamic image.
“We are excited to introduce our new colours, which reflect our values of bravery, strength, and excellence,” he said.
“Our fans have been eagerly waiting for this moment, and we are confident that our new kits will inspire our players to deliver outstanding performances on the pitch.”

The new kits are expected to debut on September 14, 2025, when Heart of Lions FC kick off their Ghana Premier League campaign against Dreams FC in Kpando.
Heart of Lions FC has long been a force in Ghanaian football, with a history of producing talented players and competing at the highest level. The club’s passionate fans are expected to fill the Lions Den on Sunday in their replica jerseys to cheer the team on to victory.
