Nora Hauptle tastes first defeat as Ghana seals qualification spot for 2024 Women AFCON

The Black Queens of Ghana has tasted their first defeat under new gaffer, Nora Hauptle to their Namibian Counterparts in the last Women AFCON qualification series. They lost one nil to their Namibian Counterparts.

The Black Queens under the new coach has recorded an overwhelming 10 unbeatable wins until their defeat to Namibia.

The defeat also marked the first official goal from an opponent into the Goal post of the Black Queens under Coach Nora Hauptle. The goal came in the early minutes of the match against Namibia at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Namibia as the queens struggled to equalize.

The Black Queens still managed to sail through with 3:2 aggregate emanating from their 3:1 Victory against the same side in Accra on December 1, 2023.
