The Volta Regional Football Association (VRFA) has signed a headline sponsorship deal with Mart ‘D’ Electricals and Construction Works for the 2025/2026 Division Two League Season.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by VRFA Chairman, Daniel Agbogah, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mart ‘D’ Electricals, Martin Davidson, at the Volta Regional FA Secretariat on Monday, November 10, 2025.
Present at the brief ceremony were the RFA Vice Chairman, Caesar Franklin Heh, and the RFA Secretary, Promise Micheal Ahiagba.
Mr. Agbogah expressed his gratitude to Mart ‘D’ Electricals for the sponsorship.

“On behalf of the Executive Council of the Volta Football Association, and the entire stakeholders of the football ecosystem in the Volta and Oti regions, I wish to express my profound gratitude to the CEO of Mart ‘D’ Electricals Company for coming to our aid at this very important moment of the game in our region,” Mr. Agbogah said.
Chairman Agbogah further expressed the importance of the sponsorship to the VRFA.
“Today marks another groundbreaking moment for football in our Volta Region. This sponsorship is timely and a game-changer. Our football is faced with many challenges and requires investment and resources to address these challenges,” he said.
The VRFA Chairman assured stakeholders that the sponsorship would be used effectively to develop the game in the Volta and Oti regions, adding that the RFA Executive Council has decided not to increase the monies paid during the 2024/2025 league season.

The CEO of Mart ‘D’ Electricals and Construction Works, Martin Davidson, praised the leadership of the Volta RFA for their efforts in improving football in the region.
“I am a keen fan of football and I have been following the work of the leadership of football in our region a while now. I have noticed passion, hard work, commitment, and selfless dedication of the leadership of the Volta RFA and this is why our company could not hesitate to the call of the RFA Chairman to support this cause that will give hope and a career opportunity to the youth of the Volta and Oti Regions,” Mr. Davidson said.
