The Institute of Scientific and Technological Information, INSTI of the Centre for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has developed a mobile application known as “Kwanso” to advice motorists in Accra on the traffic situation.
This application can be accessed on android phones.
The Head of Communication of the Institute, Dr. Paul Danquah who disclosed this to GBC’s Radio Ghana ahead of the Institutes Open Day on September 20 said one of the Institute’s projects, geo-spatial mapping will be useful in the ‘Planting for Food Programme’.
