Users across the world yesterday had difficulties uploading, downloading or viewing images and videos as well as other files on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
Facebook after some hours came out to notify the public on the situation stating that the glitch had been resolved.
“The issue has… been resolved and we should be back at 100% for everyone,” it tweeted. It added that an unspecified issue had been accidentally “triggered” during “routine maintenance”.
