Kwame Agbodza faces Appointments Committee of Parliament

Three ministerial nominees in President John Mahama’s administration are set to appear before Parliament’s Appointments Committee today for vetting.

The session began with Governs Kwame Agbodza, the Minister-Designate for Roads and Highways and Member of Parliament for the Adaklu Constituency.

Others who appeared before the committee for scrutiny are Haruna Iddrisu, nominated as Minister for Education, and Eric Opoku, the Minister-Designate for Food and Agriculture.

The vetting process is a key step in confirming individuals selected for critical roles in the government, ensuring they meet the qualifications and expectations of their respective offices.
