The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has addressed Ghanaians hours after the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic. President Akufo-Addo on Wednesday, March 11, said: “it is necessary to step up Ghana’s preparedness to fight the disease in case of an outbreak.”
