The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, John Dumelo has requested a recount across the constituency due to several irregularities.
Mr. John Dumelo lost to the incumbent Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Mrs. Lydia Seyram Alhassan.
Mrs. Lydia Seyram won after polling 39,851 out of 77,604 total votes.
In a Tweet, Dumelo said he has officially written to the District Electoral officer to request for a recount across the constituency due to several irregularities.
