The Daily Graphic joins the Food and Drugs Authority, FDA to remind Ghanaians that collectively the menace of expired products can be reduced or eliminated. It says expired food items do not only compromise one’s health but are poisonous and should be avoided. The Paper is worried that most Ghanaians fail to read or are unable to read, a development unscrupulous businessmen and women are exploiting. While commending the FDA for its continuous sensitization, the Graphic recommends that for the sake of the illiterates in society especially in the local communities, the Authority should liaise with local FM stations to share the information in the local languages.

The Ghanaian Times welcomes tertiary students back to school after the long break due to the Covid 19 pandemic. It is happy that students are going back to continue their education. It expresses worry about the level of preparation by government to prevent the spread of the virus but is hopeful at the assurance by the President and the schools’ authorities to ensure the safety of students. The Paper encourages students to take the Covid protocols seriously to ensure their safety and that of their lecturers.
