The Daily Graphic and Ghanaian Times urge all those going through the special voting today to take interest in what happens at the centres where they will be casting their ballots. The Graphic said it will help the EC and Ghanaians anticipate how the elections day will look like. The Ghanaian times for its part, commends the Electoral Commission for publishing the special voter register and the polling stations for the beneficiaries to know ahead of time as this will help do away with the issue where they get stranded locating their polling stations. Both papers expect that those given the opportunity must do so within the rules of engagement. They said Ghanaians cherish the peace they enjoy and it must be safeguarded and not allow any hoodlums to cause lawlessness, hence citizens themselves should be security conscious and report any suspicious characters to the security agencies before, during and after the elections.
