The Daily Graphic observes that some recalcitrant drivers, in their quest to overtake other commuters in traffic, resort to the use of unapproved u-turns at various parts the road, without considering the dangers such practices pose to themselves and others. It also calls  on the law enforcement agencies to as a matter of urgency, take every necessary steps to block all these unapproved u-turns on the roads and punish drivers who flout these road signs to serve as a deterrent to others.

The Ghanaian Times joins the people of Keta to appeal to government to save the town from being washed away by tidal waves. The paper also appeals to the municipal assembly to work hand-in-hand with government to support the people and assist in the mobilsation of funds for the construction of another sea defence wall in the area. The Ghanaian Times says from reports received, it appears help is yet to get to the area as some of the people still have their belonging left in the open.

The Daily Heritage commends the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) and all implementing agencies for achieving a 99% paperless system at the ports.
