The Daily Graphic expresses excitement at the roll out of this year’s Computerized School Selection Placement system after the seeming delay. The Placements will be released tomorrow Sunday, 21, 2021 after a two months delay. The Graphic says the exercise will move smoothly and seamless since the Ghana Education Service took time to release the placements. It urges the Ghana Education Service to be firm, principled and resist any attempt by parents who come up with excuses to request for changes for their wards. The paper also asks parents to support the system by accepting schools selected for their wards.

The Ghanaian Times calls on Ghanaians to accept the COVID-19 vaccine to reduce the spread of the virus. Already people have started conversations on rejecting the vaccines when government procures them because they believe the vaccines are harmful. The paper wonders how the vaccination exercise will be successful if people hold such perceptions about the COVID-19 vaccine. The Times debunks the assertions citing the fact that Africans in Europe and other continents have received the vaccines without dying. It therefore appeals to the public to accept the vaccines as the rate of spread of the virus in the country is alarming.
