The paper notes that although the programme exists for three years, it will give the graduates the opportunity to start life from somewhere. It finds it heartwarming that 90,000 applicants of NABCO have accepted their placements in all seven modules of the programme across the country. It hopes that all stakeholders will play their part to ensure the success of the programme.

It stressed on the importance of proper governance of banks to ensure their survival.
