The Ghanaian Times wishes all Muslims across the world a Happy Eid Mubarak. It shares in the joy of this great day and associates with the fundamental values of the celebration of Eid-ul-Adha, which has to do with sacrifice and obedience. As the day is being celebrated, the Ghanaian Times urges all Muslims to reflect on the past while continuing to uphold the spirit of the Eid for sustainable national development.
The Daily Graphic calls for support as it wages war against the unauthorised citing of structures. Although, the paper is excited by the decision of the Ministry of Roads and Highways to demolish illegal structures along the Tema Motorway for work on the three-tier Tema Motorway Roundabout Interchange project, it  believes more unauthorised structures should be pulled down in other parts of the city. The Graphic also calls for stiffer sanctions against squatters.
