The Daily Graphic appeals to the security agencies and regulators of the banking industry to be proactive in dealing with suspected ponzi schemes. The paper points to the Menzgold saga as one of the ponzi schemes of recent times that has left many people ruing their loses with others left in distress because they invested their life savings in it. The Graphic is convinced that many of these situations could have been avoided had the regulators been proactive to nip them in the bud. The Paper advice Citizens to heed to the advice of the Bank of Ghana, and Securities and exchanges commission that when an investment promises too much interest then there is the need to be cautious.

The Ghanaian Times commends the National Road Safety Commission for establishing 100 Emergency Response and First Aid Point at strategic location along major highways in the country. This is to minimise death during crashes while sustaining lives of victims through emergency response systems. The Times calls on the Road Safety Commission to expedite the project, and   ensure its objectives are achieved. It charges all stakeholders, motorists and pedestrians to support the initiative to help reduce deaths during road accident in the country.
