Popular Ghanaian musician Raphael Kofi Attachie, known in the music industry as Camidoh, has shared his story of resilience and faith in his newly released album, Trustn God.
According to Camidoh, the project was born out of personal struggles and life experiences from 2024 to 2025, which he poured into the music as a form of therapy.
“I was in a deserted place with no light, but a small beam of light represented God’s presence with me throughout tough times,” he explained, highlighting the album’s core concept. The music reflects an emotional journey through grief, confusion, and self-discovery, anchored by the message of surrendering to faith in adversity.

Camidoh also revealed that he creatively directed the album’s visuals, including a symbolic underwater photoshoot to represent being in an unfamiliar space, yet still finding peace in the presence of God. The first track, Trustn God, is aimed at anyone going through similar struggles.
“I felt down and hopeless, unsure if there was a way out, but the light of God’s presence gave me hope,” Camidoh shared.
His story is one of vulnerability and inspiration, with the aim of motivating others through both his music and life experiences.
