Ghanaian comedian, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face, has been remanded into Police custody for two weeks by the Ofaakor Circuit Court in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region.
This follows the ramming of his vehicle into a group of people at pedestrians at Kasoa Kakraba injuring five (5) in the process in the evening of Sunday 24th March 2024.
The Comedian was remanded after he appeared before the Court on the charge of drunk driving and careless driving.
The victims are however receiving treatment at various hospitals.
