The grand finale of Miss Weija-Gbawe 2023 ended in a glamorous and captivating style with some great performances from artists like Subzero, King Baashe Nana K, Jah Sonero, Mumhis Boy, Mima Africa Hair Joy, and Dance Biscuit Gh. It was an educational and exciting program for everyone as the various beautiful ladies showcased their talents.
In an interview with the Queen of Miss Weija-Gbawe 2023, Agordome Abla Esther, she said that her project is about girl child education, which is going to help the municipality because it will empower the young girls. And it will give the young girl the morale to also show their talent.
According to her, she will visit the basic schools in Weija-Gbawe to talk to the girls about how essential education is and encourage them to take their education seriously. “I will also encourage them to learn vocational skills in case they fail to enroll in senior high school,” She added.
Queen Agordome Abla Esther highlighted that education is the key to success, and so she will discuss with her team arranging for some learning materials and donating them to them. She again stated that she will be visiting the basic schools more often to encourage the young girls to be focused and determined.
In addition, she said she was truly happy when she was crowned the queen of Miss Weija-Gbawe this year.
“Winning a beauty pageant was a dream come true for me. My parents taught me that it’s important to grow in life and to be in myself.This significant principle that my parents have instilled in me serves as my direction in life.
However, she thanked her family and friends for their massive support and the space to learn and grow.
“Believing in my dreams and aspirations, all the people I have met along the way will stay with me forever as I embark on this journey. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank God for the blessings that he has given me,” She mentioned.
