His message, delivered on his behalf, reflected humility and a deep appreciation for the community’s enduring support over the years.

“When someone does something for you, you must show appreciation,” Nene remarked, commending Mahama’s foresight in initiating transformative projects in the Shai-Osudoku District.
“We are proud that this vision began here, and we continue to benefit from its impact.”

Representing the President, Hon. Julius Debrah, Chief of Staff and former Minister of Local Government, reassured the gathering of government’s continued commitment to the people of Dodowa and Ghana at large.

“Next year when we come, we shall be accountable to you for the things you have asked and the promises we have made,” he emphasized.
“We shall not slumber on our pledges; your trust will not be taken for granted.”

His message struck a chord with the festival’s theme of unity and responsibility, earning standing ovations from the crowd.

“On my return, I will hold discussions with the leadership of the GEA to identify ways to enhance the business and livelihoods of our sisters, mothers, and market women,” she assured.
