The Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources is finalising modalities to set up the National Sanitation Fund to provide a sustainable source of funding to the government’s sanitation drive .
Addressing Heads of Agencies under the Ministry at a three-day annual review workshop in Accra, the sector Minister, Cecilia Dapaah said the Ministry through the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies is about to roll out the 20 thousand litter bins across the country.
This she said will then embolden the Assemblies to enforce all their sanitation by-laws.
