The need for the Security Agencies to adopt new methods and modalities, to effectively ensure the safety of the public and combat crime, has been re-emphasised in the wake of recent events in the country.
Speaking to GBC Radio, a Security Analyst, Adam Bonaa, said there are innovative ways of picking information from people and this must be demonstrated by the security agencies.
Mr Bonaa outlined a number of strategies that kidnappers use to attract their victims. He said the country’s Immigration borders need to be tightened.
