The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) led by its Chief Executive Officer, CEO Malik Basintale, has extended a helping hand to some selected Senior High Schools in the Bono Region through the donation of bags of maize harvested from the agency’s Branam farms.
The initiative is aimed at supporting food supply needs in selected schools.
The donation also underscores YEA’s role in complementing government efforts to boost the capacity and welfare of educational institutions nationwide.

The maize was cultivated under the agency’s agricultural employment initiative, which not only provides jobs for young people but also yields produce that can be reinvested into communities.
School authorities and regional education officials welcomed the support, noting that it would ease the burden on school feeding programs and improve student nutrition.
