A Petrochemical Engineer, Dr. Yusif Suleimana says the ENI/Springfield impasse is a bad omen for the upstream petroleum sector.
He said it is regrettable that with the exit of ExxonMobil and other challenges in the sector, ENI and Springfield will at this time be engaged in legal battles.
