Residents in Wa have expressed satisfaction with the sanctions that have been meted out to soldiers who assaulted some people in the town on July 1.
All the military personnel at the barracks who were on duty on July 1, with the exception of a Duty Officer, have been punished.
Some of the soldiers who were seen in the video assaulting residents have been handed 30-day detention.
