“The Council wishes to state that as a body it takes collective decisions. Since the Council’s public positions are held to be credible and respected, it is important that publications attributed to it are verified to ensure that they are accurate” the statement pointed out.

The statement which was signed by Peace the Ag Secretary to the Council, A.P. Okantey (Mrs), entreated to the said newspaper to confer with the Public Affairs Unit of the Council on publications attributed to it.
