A Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School, Dr. Lord Mensah says it will take 10 years for the country’s financial sector to recover from the intended clean-up exercise.
According to him, the early warning signals by the Bank of Ghana on the Sector have rather created uncertainty among investors.
Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, Dr. Mensah said the approach will in the long run affect the sector’s fund flows.
Dr. Lord Mensah noted that even though the sector needs efficiency and growth, the approach will lead to job losses. He advised workers of the sector.
