Senior High School graduates will soon be awarded diploma certificates. This is to allow those who are unable to continue their education have a certificate to begin their working life with.
Chairman of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Council, Michael Nsowah who disclosed this in an interview in Accra said previously graduates from Middle School were awarded certificates and those who could not continue to the secondary level started work with it.
He said not every SHS graduate would want to continue to the tertiary level hence the award of diploma certificates.
