WAEC releases provisional results for 2022 WASSCE school candidates

The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, has released the provisional results of Ghanaian candidates who sat for the 2022 West African Senior School Certificate Examinations, WASSCE online.

In a press release statement signed by Mrs. Agnes Teye Cudjoe, the Head of Public Affairs a total number of 422,883 made up of 203,753 males and 219,130 females from 977 schools across Ghana sat for the examination which is 5.25% lower than the 446,352 students who sat for 2021 WASSCE exams

A total number of 3,845 candidates have been cancelled for sending foreign materials into the examination hall, 518 candidates entire results have been cancelled for sending mobile phones into the exams hall.
