The Upper West Regional Head Pastor of House of Faith Ministries, Reverend Richard Nimo says Christian faith institutions should be seen as hospital for sinners to embrace all people in the society.

He said many churches are very strict with their doctrine and this sometimes discourages unbelievers from total salvation.

Rev. Nimo noted that some men of God reject offering from people they belief are not pure in heart and do not make their wealth from the right source.

He said though it is not good for somebody to offer unclean tithe to God, churches should consider the fact that it takes time for one to repent.

Reverend Nimo stated this in a sermon during church service at Wa.

The Head Pastor Reverend Richard Nimo said the year 2019 agenda for the Church dubbed: “Jesus Christ is Lord” implies that Jesus has dominion over all things and that believers must be obedient to His commands.

He urged Christians to put the commandment of God into practice to enhance better understanding of the word that will bring peaceful co-existence in the society.

The Head Pastor said deviant behavior such as prostitution, armed robbery and drug abuse in society can be minimized if religious leaders like Imams, pastors and priests are able to play their roles well as expected of them.

As part of activities to fulfil the commandments and to show love to the less privilege, the church he said donated assorted items including clothes to the orphanage in Jirapa Municipality.

He said the church is in the process of mobilizing more clothes to give to needy. Reverend Nimo also appealed to parent to ensure that they are watchdogs over their children and imbibe good moral in them to become responsible citizens and not a threat to the society.
