Countries at the Global Mental Health Campaign Conference in Johannesburg, South Africa are calling for increased funding globally for mental health issues.
Representatives of the Countries said funding is one of the major issues hampering effective mental health care delivery.
Participants will identify governments’ priority projects and plan policies, to fit into those interventions for the needed attention and solution.
Ghana is represented at the Conference by ‘Basic Needs Ghana’, an NGO into mental health issues.
