Management of Ghana Water Company Limited says it is experiencing challenges with water supply in Accra and most Cities.

It therefore, advises consumers to increase storage of water, so that in the event of low pressures or no flow, consumers can resort to it.

The company advises the public against the use of treated water for lawns, commercial and washing of vehicles as it reduces the pressure in the pipelines, thereby affecting water supply especially to hilly areas.

A statement issued by Management of GWCL expressed concerns about the water situation in the Country.

It charges people to report all burst pipes and leakages immediately to the nearest GWCL District offices for action.
