Fourteen-year-old Greg Mensah is losing his articulation and movement.
Neurosurgeons at the Accra Regional Hospital say they will have to perform a Posterior Cranio-Cervical Decompression and spinal Fusion to correct the problem to help him walk.
Greg needs ¢33,000 for his treatment.
