The Pantang hospital is to provide quality healthcare to people in mental health crisis. But the facility is in dire need of attention including maintenance and a facelift. A visit by GBC news to the hospital showed dilapidated infrastructure, inadequate critical staff, a bad road network and encroachment by some residents.
